Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring an individualized approach.

• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy as appropriate for each client.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate high-quality care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring best practices in client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Sight, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is mandatory.

• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include access to comprehensive dental, vision, and health insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and increased client referrals.
