Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, formulating personalized therapy strategies tailored to the needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base ranging from children and adolescents to adults, many of whom are facing significant challenges in accessing quality mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
