Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.

• Provide direct therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to match the unique dynamics of each group or individual.

• Document clinical interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, integrating insights and strategies from various health professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
