Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance to our counselors. However, our clinics also offer opportunities for in-person sessions as needed. The schedule for full-time employees typically includes Monday through Friday with eight-hour shifts, while part-time counselors can create schedules that fit their personal needs, without weekend commitments. As part of our community health clinic network, you'll be positioned to significantly impact clients’ mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to devise customized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, participating in case discussions and treatment planning to deliver holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with evolving best practices and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
