Contract Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Receptionist Daily duties during “core hours” : 9am to 4pm (approx.) Sit at front reception desk, meet and greet visitors and guests – Act as “Director of First Impressions” Answer phones and direct calls (Most staff members have direct lines so only handling rollover or info calls) Handle badging for visitors and parking validations if needed Office Coordinator Daily duties at start and end of work day. Hours: 7am to 9am/4 pm to 5 pm (approx.) Start day by restocking each kitchen on 5 floors Check each copy machine, ensure working and stock paper bins on 5 floors Pick up mail on each floor to distribute and prepare to be sent by specific times Pick up mail that has arrived from building, sort, and distribute Deliver items that come in from various places, couriers, FedEx, or UPS, through the day Collect order requests Should be able to lift 25 pounds – moving soft drinks and copy paper Additional Info/Notes: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Highly prefer candidates with corporate office experience Work hours: 7:00am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch) Start ASAP after MS Teams interview Role is indefinite, all Full Time/Perm roles are posted to our client's website.
