Accounts Payable Clerk

At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor accounts, process invoices, and support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with teams across the company to keep things running efficiently. Responsibilities Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements Manage vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records Prepare employee reimbursements and support payroll-related accounting tasks Assist with cash flow reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end processes Maintain organized documentation and protect confidential financial information Support accounting operations and collaborate with internal teams and vendors Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Pro or similar accounting software Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience Accounts Payable: 2 years (Required) QuickBooks or Accounting Software: 2 years (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
