Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Heritage Behavioral Health Center, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, both individually and as couples.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy sessions as necessary, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
\n
• Addressing a wide range of mental and emotional health issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, blended families, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in client well-being.
\n
• Documenting client progress and regularly updating treatment records in compliance with clinic and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment approaches, integrating feedback from other healthcare providers when necessary.

• Participating in team meetings and continuous professional development sessions to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, candidates must possess:
