About the Job The Department of Urology at the University of Minnesota Medical School seeks an individual for a full‑time clinical appointment at either the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. The appointment will be on an academic or clinician track. The successful candidate will provide patient care in pediatric urology, engage in clinical and/or basic science research, and undertake certain administrative duties. As an educator, the candidate should attract students and residents to urology/pediatric urology, including those from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in surgery. Qualifications Minimum qualifications include an MD degree and board certification (or eligibility) in urology with added certification or eligibility for certification in pediatric urology. Successful candidates will have strong surgical skills and be sensitive to the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds.
