Aspen Careers is partnering with a well-established Ohio law firm to identify a Business Litigation Associate for its Columbus office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience who is looking to expand their courtroom experience, work on challenging business disputes, and build their career within a collaborative legal team.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial, business, or complex civil litigation.
• Experience managing or assisting with litigation matters from discovery through resolution.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Deposition, hearing, or trial experience is beneficial but not required.
