Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video conferencing sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Our goal is to assist clients in overcoming challenges by empowering them with the skills needed to manage their mental health effectively. You will be working with clients who are eager to engage in therapy, facilitating a productive therapeutic relationship that enhances their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional license; no history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a highly empathetic approach to mental health care.

• Proficient in using computers and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
