Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms affecting clients.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health objectives.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them beyond therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to implement a holistic treatment approach for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the field of mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team consultations and professional development activities to continually sharpen your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, striving to reduce stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting mental health awareness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders. Our patients come from varied backgrounds, with unique life experiences and challenges. You will have the opportunity to develop deep, therapeutic relationships that foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active in-state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.
\n
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborating effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams.

• A proven track record of achieving positive treatment outcomes with clients facing mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication abilities, allowing you to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
