We are seeking a solicitor to join our dynamic Sydney future energy team. Scope of Work You will be involved in a range of work across the energy transition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on development, M&A and project financing transactions for energy assets, and be involved in regulatory advice and market design across the energy sector. Reporting Lines You will report to Roderick Smythe and Vishal Ahuja, key Partners in our future energy team, who advise investors, corporates, governments and regulators on transactions across the energy transition, sustainability and infrastructure sectors. Qualifications You will have a passion for future energy and the energy transition, a willingness to be challenged, and think creatively and laterally. Previous experience in a similar role, excellent analytical and communication skills, to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice. Team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships.
