Solicitor (3‑5yrs) Senior Associate This team specialises in company and trust acquisitions and disposals, fund raisings and restructures, equity capital markets and strategic corporate and securities law advice. We are ranked as Band1 in all leading industry publications. The role reports to DavidEliakim.
