Solicitor - Projects / Project Finance

Overview Sydney Categories: Projects & Real Estate. We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our Projects/Infrastructure team in Sydney. In this role you will work closely with Rebecca Finkelstein and Mark Upfold, senior lawyers specialising in project development, corporate and project finance, public‑private partnerships, privatisations, infrastructure, energy and resources. Responsibilities Provide complex legal advice and documentation across a range of clients and projects. Manage and draft project‑related contracts and finance documents. Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development activities. Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate effective teamwork and share best practices. Qualifications Solicitor‑level experience at an Australian or overseas law firm, preferably in projects and/or project finance. Strong project management, communication and drafting skills. Commitment to client service, relationship management and teamwork. Desire to progress career in project development and finance.
