Sydney Categories: Projects & Real Estate We are seeking solicitors who are passionate about the real estate sector to join our Sydney Project & Real Estate team. Our Work Our National Real Estate team provides a full service offering to the real estate sector, including both the public and private sectors and domestic and international participants. The team’s expertise and specialism spans the commercial, residential, industrial, retail, agricultural, hotel and health sectors, and regularly involves work on large scale developments, urban regeneration, key public infrastructure developments and major project works. Our National Real Estate team thrive on assisting clients with their complex real estate transactions. About You You will have gained previous experience in real estate ideally with exposure to large scale developments within a first‑tier or high‑profile property practice. You will have a strong desire to develop an understanding of common development and property investment structures. However if you are a junior lawyer with a passion to learn more about real estate but don't necessarily satisfy the experience criteria you should also get in touch with us. You will have first rate written and oral communication skills, the ability to develop strong drafting and legal analysis skills, as well as an ability to get across complex areas of law quickly. But what’s most important to us is that you have a passion for commercial law, serving clients and contributing to a stimulating workplace. You will be self‑aware, positive and have the ability to work well with others; being able to collaborate and work in a team is critical to success at KWM.
