Build executive-ready measurement frameworks (learning agendas, incrementality, MMM/MTA inputs). Advance first‑party and privacy‑preserving activation; improve audience quality and efficiency. Establish compliant operating norms aligned to FDA/OPDP and platform policies; ensure auditability. Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives (formats, creative, audience, signals) tied to KPI ladders and ROAS outcomes. Translate complex analytics into persuasive narratives; partner with creative and PR to refine messaging. Develop leaders and individual contributors; foster an inclusive, high‑accountability culture; mentor “full‑stack” social marketers. What You’ll Bring 10+ years leading paid social at scale; regulated healthcare experience preferred. Strong data literacy (experimentation, audience modeling, incrementality; triangulation with MMM/MTA). Omnichannel mindset (understands how social amplifies and is amplified by search, programmatic, CRM, and content). Governance and compliance rigor (MLR, fair balance, brand safety, adverse event monitoring). Exceptional storytelling; converts complex data into simple, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders. The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000 .
