Growth Associate

Passionate about improving mental health access, the full-time Growth Associate will engage with patients and families remotely to navigate care options, schedule consultations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key responsibilities: Reach out to patients and caregivers to introduce Flourish Health's services and guide them toward scheduling consultations Listen to families' needs, address objections empathetically, and maintain focus on achieving scheduling goals Document interactions accurately and follow up as necessary to confirm patient readiness and prevent drop-off Required qualifications: Previous experience in patient or customer relations, sales, or a patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare Ability to handle a high volume of phone conversations and navigate complex emotional discussions Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRMs and scheduling tools Willingness to work evening hours in the Eastern Time zone (5-8 PM ET) preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
