Inside Sales Representative Description:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to effectively position our products on the market
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting leads into successful sales
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate plumbing solutions based on their needs and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure both customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Collaborate with our customer service team to address any post-sales issues or concerns
- Have fun working on a vibrant, talented team!
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the plumbing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals
- Experience in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
