Sales Representative

CSTK, a national provider of transportation services and an authorized Thermo King dealer, is expanding and we are hiring for a Sales Representative in our St. Louis facility. CSTK is a diversified company and provides a multitude of sales, technical services and parts for Trailer Repair, Transport Refrigeration Service and Repair, and Truck Equipment builds. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, focusing on transport refrigeration solutions. Identifying new customers, sales of new and used equipment, and supporting other complimentary product lines. Position will include customer cold-calling, recording activities in CRM, demonstrations of equipment, participation in Trade Show events, and travel.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years selling experience including relationship building with industrial or transportation accounts
• Demonstrated procurement of accounts specific to heavy duty truck sales or leasing, regional or national truck tire sales, or related industry sales management experience preferred
• Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive outlook, goal oriented, problem solver, respectful
• Experience of direct engagement with customers and OEM's
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal skills
• Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions, including working with air tools on a regular basis
• Must have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT approved physical if required
• Positive attitude and the ability to set goals and accomplish them
