Job Overview
Empire Financial is seeking a driven and people-focused Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with local business owners and help clients identify benefits that fit their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working in the field, meeting new people, and building meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners
- Meet with clients in person to understand their needs
- Educate clients and help identify benefits solutions that are right for them
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Manage your schedule and sales activities independently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
