No prior insurance experience is required. We provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to discuss their life insurance needs and coverage options.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with others.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth.
\n
• Ability to work independently while following company training, systems, and processes.

• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms.

• Interest in helping individuals and families protect their financial future.

• Must be able to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
