Role Overview As an Engineering Business Analyst (EBA), the successful candidate will support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in completing monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reports, and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and facilitating EAC and LRE inputs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools, performing analyses and preparing reports to manage cost and schedule. Scope of Work Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost & labor run analysis. What You Will Do Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis including cost estimates, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk & opportunity assessment at the Program / Product / Mission area level. Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts. Qualifications You Must Have University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system. Proficient with MS Office. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications We Prefer Self‑sufficient and able to work both independently and in a team, supporting functional organizations and ensuring program financial commitments are met. Strong communication skills and flexibility in job abilities. Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a work area. Salary Range

USD 68,900 – 131,100.
