Resolving overdue bills, the full-time Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage collections processes, conduct outbound/inbound calls with clients, and maintain collection goals in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department Identify accounts with overdue payments and provide solutions to bring loans current Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals Required qualifications 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
