Worth, is searching for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growing sales team. In this remote role (CST or EST time zones), the BDR will drive pipeline growth by actively prospecting outbound leads and responding to inbound leads, transitioning opportunities to Account Executives.Base Pay Range$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yrAdditional CompensationCommissionResponsibilitiesArticulate the value proposition, solution offerings, and use-case scenarios through phone and/or email communication with C-Level, Director and Technical level prospectsDevelop and execute an Account Based prospecting strategy to generate interest in productBe skilled traversing both laterally and horizontally within a prospect's organization to identify key decision-makers and influencersExecute multi-touch prospecting campaigns leveraging telephone, email and social media to generate leads for the sales teamActively manage a portfolio of prospects and contacts in Salesforce and set up nurturing activities to generate active engagement with prospectsAble to multi-task between inbound contacts when required, including phone, email, chat and other systemsEffective data management and search through internal and external sources such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, search engines and pressFollow a clear and defined Qualification ProcessActively participate in and add to team learning opportunities and your personal developmentQualificationsBusiness development and/or sales development experienceDemonstrable success with creating and growing net new sales pipelineStrong prospecting skills and the confidence to make cold calls, ask for referrals, & seek new leadsExcellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skillsHigh energy and positive attitudeAbility to meet and exceed achievable targetsMotivation, drive, and a self-starting attitudeSalesforce.com, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Navigator experience a plusArticulate and excellent follow-up skillsAble to adapt to a continually changing environment.Strong desire to move up to other sales functionsStrong preference for proximity to the Dallas officeCompany BenefitsUnlimited PTO100% of medical premium covered for employee401KPerformance related bonusJ-18808-Ljbffr HumCap
