We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused casual dining restaurant. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives on developing team members, creating exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, support recruiting and training efforts, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop hourly team members.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and retention.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service execution.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operational metrics to achieve business goals.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support scheduling, inventory controls, and shift execution.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Proven experience in recruiting, training, and employee retention.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and financial performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
