Bilingual Operations Coordinator

To support the Collections & Recoveries team, the remote Bilingual Operations Coordinator will engage with customers in both Spanish and English, facilitating honest conversations about their accounts while helping them establish workable payment plans. Key responsibilities: Communicate directly with customers to understand their circumstances and request payment or establish a payment plan Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes while meeting daily and weekly performance targets Collaborate actively with the team in a virtual environment, adapting communication style as needed based on customer interactions Required qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role such as collections or customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment Fast, reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace for remote work High school diploma or GED preferred
