Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing complex family dynamics and individual concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on the specific needs of your clients, integrating techniques from various therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual sessions to provide support and guidance tailored to personal experiences.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and therapeutic strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of each session, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to deliver remote sessions effectively, while also being prepared to adapt to in-person meetings if required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a counseling setting, particularly in family or marriage therapy, will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutics is also advantageous as we continue to optimize our remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
