Title: Bookkeeper

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with month-end close, including account reconciliations and variance review
Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks (QB)
Support AP/AR functions as needed to ensure smooth accounting operations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with reporting and provide documentation for internal use

Qualifications:

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) required
Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
