Overview QuickBooks Bookkeeper / Accounting Operations Specialist — full-time role supporting our industrial distribution business. This position will handle day-to-day QuickBooks activity, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and monthly financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day QuickBooks activity, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with payroll coordination. Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and contribute to monthly close processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Ability to prepare accurate monthly financial reports Strong attention to detail, organization, discretion, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and communicate directly with ownership Experience in industrial distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or an inventory-based business is preferred Benefits This is a full-time position with benefits, paid time off, and other standard company benefits.
