Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Regional Float Pool Nurse at CHI Health you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple Omaha Metro locations.

• Follow the nursing process which includes: assess plan implement and evaluate. The nursing process is an ongoing process that can end at any stage.
• Assessment - Demonstrates a systematic dynamic way to collect and analyze the following healthcare consumer data including: psychological physiological sociocultural spiritual economic and lifestyle factors
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated
• Keep up with Physician orders
  

Your experience will be rewarded with premium differentials in addition to standard night and weekend pay. We are also offering a $13500 sign-on bonus and up to $10000 educational assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

This Regional Float position will support our PCPUdepartments.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska Iowa or nurse licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support is required upon hire.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required upon hire
• Other credentials may be needed based on the level of care RN floats to.
• Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice.
• 2 years of RN experience

Preferred:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
