Desktop Support Engineer: End-User Tech Champion

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support end users, and maintain user accounts through Windows and Mac environments.
Responsibilities include handling help requests, documenting issues, performing hands-on fixes, and developing knowledge base articles to improve end-user support across the organization. This is a direct hire role with immediate start and requires solid customer-service orientation.
