National Accounts Director

Our client is a rapidly growing women's health MedTech company entering an exciting phase of expansion. We are supporting them in appointing a National Accounts Director to take ownership of their US national accounts strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead strategy across GPOs, RPOs and major IDNs , with a focus on increasing penetration of existing contracts, expanding access within key healthcare systems and supporting the commercialisation of new products. Key Responsibilities: Own the national accounts strategy across three business units. Develop and execute GPO and IDN penetration strategies. Lead contract negotiations and make pricing recommendations to the CEO. Partner closely with regional sales teams to drive local execution. Support new product additions and commercial launches. Build and develop the National Accounts team. What We're Looking For: 6+ years of medical device sales experience. Strong experience selling into healthcare systems. Proven GPO, RPO and IDN contracting experience. Strong negotiation, commercial and strategic skills. Track record of driving account penetration and revenue growth. Experience building or developing teams. Women's health, surgical or physician-preference device experience is advantageous.
