Step into a vital role supporting high school students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work with a dedicated educational team in the Pasadena, TX area, making a direct impact on students’ growth and communication abilities.

You will provide in-person support for a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, collaborating closely with school staff and the Coordinator of Evaluations. This position calls for a proactive, flexible professional ready to serve across multiple school locations. It begins as soon as possible and extends through May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in schools preferred, especially with high school students
• Ability to work independently; this role does not offer supervision for CFYs
• Strong organizational skills for managing a multi-site caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with special education teams, parents, and administrative staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Travel between multiple assigned school locations as needed
