The Chumley House
The Chumley House is the newest concept from Duro Hospitality. We are bringing our sophisticated yet approachable style to the great city of Fort Worth. We will be a European-inspired steakhouse with fun plays on traditional classics from the era when hotel restaurants were the greatest restaurants in the world. Think beef wellington, steak au poivre with French bleu cheese, hot crispy beignets & a few left turns in true Duro fashion. Wine is always a focus of ours & Chumley will be no different. A built-in wine cellar will hold around 1800 bottles. We will be open 7-days a week for dinner. This restaurant will be regarded in the same light as the best restaurants in the DFW area. Duro Hospitality is responsible for some of the best restaurants grown out of Dallas like The Charles, Mister Charles, El Carlos Elegante, Sister Restaurant & more. This is our first venture into Fort Worth and we can't wait to be part of the growing food scene there. Out restaurant on Camp Bowie Blvd is showcasing a chef driven menu of European inspired dishes from the early 1900s. A crafted menu features an amazing steak program, dishes presented tableside, homemade pastas, and all items resonating the highest degree of culinary creativity in the metroplex. Being the new restaurant to the group we have big shoes to fill and are already receiving great accolades for what we have brought to the neighborhood like being "Restaurant of the Year" and "Chef of the Year" from Culturemap, We need a couple more people to join our team and help us build. Our restaurants care about our employees, and our managers are trained to build people up rather than micro manage them.
