Sous Chef Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (effective the 1st of the month after 30 days) 2 weeks paid vacation in the first year Strong, supportive leadership team with clear direction High-quality ingredients and an elevated culinary program you’ll be proud to execute Sous Chef Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality execution Work directly on the line during service and lead by example in a hands-on capacity Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, prep organization, and service execution Ensure consistency, timing, and plating standards during high-volume service Oversee inventory, ordering support, and kitchen organization Maintain food cost awareness, waste control, and proper product utilization Sous Chef Requirements: 2-5+ years of Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Lead experience in an upscale or elevated restaurant Experience in chef-driven or independent restaurant groups strongly preferred Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the line during service Strong understanding of kitchen operations, prep systems, and service flow Ability to stay calm and effective during high-volume, high‑pressure service Strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
