Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be flexible as our work primarily occurs remotely, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities and personal commitments effectively. While you will be working in an outpatient office setting, our innovative telemedicine options ensure you can adjust your schedules comfortably without weekends. Full-time staff typically work Monday to Friday during 8-hour days, while part-time roles require flexibility, with hours available Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies, conducting thorough examinations and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic sessions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver tailored interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a bonus structure which allows for unlimited earnings potential. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus, making it an enticing offer for qualified professionals.
