Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate couples therapy, assisting partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships.

• Work collaboratively with families to improve dynamics, focusing on enhancing communication, establishing boundaries, and promoting healthy interactions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals while assessing their progress regularly.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, ensuring that clients receive appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, consistent with state regulations and insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
