Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients seeking help at the Detox Center, ensuring a holistic understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop individualized service plans that detail specific goals, intervention strategies, and methods for monitoring progress, continually refining these plans based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Provide individual and family counseling addressing various life challenges including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, mental health issues, and socio-economic difficulties.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to create personalized service plans that connect them with critical community resources, promoting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being, utilizing trauma-informed care principles.

• Work with local community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and enhance the overall impact of the support provided.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about our services and fostering stronger community ties.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon successful hiring.
