Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients, which include obtaining detailed information about their mental health concerns, personal histories, and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other relevant modalities, to help clients effectively address their issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and state regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care, including referring clients to additional resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
