Luxe Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing home health organization.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with 3+ years of management experience in a large or growing home health organization . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, improving operational processes, and effectively overseeing the complexities of a large-scale home health operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions.
• Lead, manage, and support administrative and operational teams.
• Establish and improve workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and operational outcomes.
• Partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Support staffing, scheduling, employee development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable home health regulations and company policies.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Support organizational growth, census development, and overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership and operational recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in home health required.
• Experience managing operations within a large or growing home health organization strongly preferred.
• Strong administrative and managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable.
• Strong knowledge of home health operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer and EMR skills.
• College degree not required; equivalent hands-on home health management experience will be considered.
