Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the diverse needs of our clients across multiple demographics.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform the creation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each plan aligns with client goals and needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities effectively, offering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address varied mental health concerns.

• Engage with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals, while diligently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation following HIPAA regulations and state policies, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Leverage our user-friendly platform for efficient scheduling and documentation, enabling you to focus primarily on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum of age groups and backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be tasked with catering to the unique needs of each individual, utilizing tailored approaches to foster recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State Board to operate independently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting is required, demonstrating competency in delivering therapy services.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is a plus, enabling effective online client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
