Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identify strengths and challenges, and create effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs, cultural backgrounds, and preferences of clients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, to guide therapeutic processes.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions, consistently monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans to support clients in distress.
\n
• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs, connecting them to community resources and providing case management support to ensure continued success.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote our services across Thornton and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various demographics, socioeconomic backgrounds, and cultures. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
