Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish baseline measurements and identify their physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, exercise programs, and manual techniques tailored to each patient's diagnosis and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods such as manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and modalities to alleviate patients' pain and improve their functional mobility.
• Track and meticulously document patient progress, treatment responses, and outcomes to ensure accountability and seamless care continuity.
• Continually assess and readjust therapeutic goals and treatment strategies to align with patient advancement and rehabilitation milestones.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation processes, therapeutic exercises, and the safe use of assistive devices.
• Maintain professional knowledge through participation in workshops and continuing education programs, and actively engage in collaborative discussions with peers to enhance treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients at Paramount Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center encompass a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We work closely with individuals from various demographics, including children, teenagers, and older adults, ensuring tailored care that respects the unique challenges faced by each age group. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Proven clinical experience of two or more years in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR), as well as basic computer skills, to document treatment and monitor progress.
• A flexible and dynamic approach towards patient care and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation or sports therapy may be highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with current rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide new therapists or physical therapy students.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
