Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities tailored to meet the needs of our patients:

• Conduct thorough reviews of patients' medical histories to establish a comprehensive understanding of their conditions.
• Engage with patients through detailed consultations to identify their physical challenges and specific symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions effectively and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their recovery process and ensure safe practices.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, such as massage, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and improvement.
• Assist patients in utilizing medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and therapeutic devices safely and effectively.
• Maintain detailed patient records, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide families with guidance on in-home exercises and treatments to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, ensuring they have all necessary information to conduct their evaluations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state Physical Therapy license to practice.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of physical health conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with adeptness in word processing and electronic medical records systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and commitment, we are offering a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
