Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique goals and needs, utilizing a hands-on approach to enhance mobility, strength, and functional capability.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, ensuring correct techniques are employed for optimal recovery and pain management.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and create home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey beyond the clinic.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapies, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Track and document progress, including vital metrics such as range of motion and strength gains, to refine treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain an organized treatment area, ensuring all therapeutic tools and supplies are stocked and ready for patient use.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a unified approach to patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
