Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, customizing your approach to each client's specific situation.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the outcomes of initial assessments, adjusting strategies as needed to promote client progress and satisfaction.

• Engage in regular counseling sessions with clients, utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or systemic therapy, depending on patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
