About the Hospital Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital is a 53‑bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Germantown, Tennessee, and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. From your first day to your next career milestone — your experience matters. How You'll Contribute Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; current licensure with State Board of Speech‑Language Pathology & Audiology. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
