Here's what a typical day on the job entails:

• Utilizing hand tools and secondary equipment to produce high-quality products with safety and efficiency as top priorities.
• Placing completed products in their designated packaging.
• Conducting thorough quality checks on finished goods and adeptly handling non-conforming products.
• Skillfully creating and applying labels to packaging.
• Exercising STOP authority to minimize scrap production.
• Playing an active role in establishing Flow Cell certification.
• Meticulously recording scrap numbers into production computer systems.
• Expertly setting up and tearing down work cells according to prescribed processes.
