Recruitment Specialist

Group Management Services is looking for self motivated individual to step into our Recruitment Specialist role. What are some expectations for this role? Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, sourcing and evaluating job candidates Collaborate with HR Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists in addition to performing a variety of tasks independently such as recordkeeping, client follow up, and data management Develop and manage relationships with our clients and hiring managers Conduct pre-screen and competency based interviews, phone screens, and scheduling of interviews Utilize platforms including but not limited to our HRIS, ATS, and background screening vendor, and provide support to client users as needed Order reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings for client employees/candidates and provide recommendations consistent with FCRA regulations and HR compliance practices Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for complex roles and offer recommendations to clients and hiring managers Maintain up to date knowledge on recruitment best practices, including state-specific regulations What are the qualifications for this role? Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred 1-2 years related experience in customer service, human resources, or sales preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel 15% of the time What's in it for you?
