Senior AP Accountant | Private Family Office | Manhattan, NY | On-site | Full-time About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent private family office based in Manhattan. This is a confidential search for a Senior Accountant who will serve as the cornerstone of the organization’s accounts payable function; managing vendor relationships, processing transactions across multiple entities, and ensuring financial operations run quietly and precisely. What You’ll Do Manage timely and accurate AP processing across multiple entities and vendors Review and compare incoming invoices against complex contracts Reconcile transactions and maintain clean, audit‑ready records Ensure property tax invoices are paid accurately and on time Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and budget‑to‑actual variance analysis Build and maintain relationships with vendors, bankers, tax accountants, and insurance brokers Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices What You Bring 5+ years of full‑cycle AP experience Bill.com proficiency Strong Excel skills; Expensify a plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Solid understanding of US GAAP Calm, organized, and highly discreet Authorized to work in the US #J-18808-Ljbffr AlloHire
